Exceptional Events offers a full range of event planning services that we customize to fit your needs. We begin by creating a budget and a planning timeline. We then determine the components and structure of the event, what it will look like from the moment the first participant arrives to the final farewell.
We will explore venues and provide you with site selection options including pros, cons, costs and terms for each site. Exceptional Events will negotiate contracts and make all arrangements with the host sites, hotels, caterers, vendors, technology providers and entertainment. If your event requires pre-registration, we will work together to create a registration process and determine the appropriate collateral materials.
Some clients like to offer organized leisure activities to their participants. Exceptional Events will present you with options that are unique to the locale or target your participants' specific interests.
If your event has a performance or program we will provide the stage management for this component, including stage blocking, communication with technical crew and rehearsals.
We bring our branding expertise to each project and can recommend effective premiums, banners, flags and directional signage. We will work with selected vendors to find or create exactly what you need.
